2025 Weekly Rental Rates
During 2025, Casa Por do Sol will be available for rental during the following period:

Friday 1st August
until
Saturday 25th October

The rental cost per week will be £2,750 until Saturday 6th September, and then £2,250 for the remaining period.
​
This rental cost includes pool heating, twice weekly maid service, all bedding and towels (including beach towels) and full support from our local villa management agent.
Arrivals and departures can be any day of the week (although we do prefer Saturdays) and we only rent for a minimum of 5 days.
Arrival time is from 14.00 and departures time is before 10.00.

We request no single sex stag/hen party groups.

25% deposit is required on booking, which is fully refundable for cancellations up to 8 weeks prior to arrival.
The remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. All payments should be made by bank transfer in either £ pounds sterling or € euros.

We require a £500 breakages deposit per booking, which will be fully refunded within 1 week of you leaving the villa, assuming no breakages or damage.
Prior to your arrival, we will send all the necessary information for your stay, including directions from the airport.
​
A welcome pack will be provided on arrival, containing local wine, and basic arrival essentials.
​
We also offer to have a grocery order delivered to the villa ready for your arrival.
