2024 Summer Rental Rates

During the summer of 2024, Casa Por do Sol will be available for rental during the 2 month period:
Friday 28th June
until
Tuesday 20th August
​
The rental cost per week will be £2,250 until 10th August, then £2,750 for the remaining period.
​
This rental cost includes pool heating, twice weekly maid service, weekly pool service, all bedding , towels and beach towels, and full support from our local villa management agent.

We request no single sex groups / stag / hen party groups.
​

Saturday arrivals and departures are preferred, but we can be flexible, so please enquire.
Arrival time is 2pm, and departure time is 10am.

25% deposit is required on booking, which is fully refundable for cancellations up to 8 weeks prior to arrival.
The remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. All payments should be made by bank transfer in either £ pounds sterling or € euros.

We require a £500 breakages deposit per booking, which will be fully refunded within 1 week of you leaving the villa, assuming no breakages or damage.
Prior to your arrival, we will send all the necessary information for your stay, including directions from the airport.
​
A welcome pack will be provided on arrival, containing local wine, and basic arrival essentials.
​
We also offer to have a grocery order delivered to the villa ready for your arrival.
